After we got back from Galveston, Holly took us to see a Houston Astro's ball game. It only cost $1.00 a person! Wow, what a deal! Plus the arena wasn't full so we moved over to Holly's usual seat directly behind home plate. The Astros were playing the Pittsburg Pirates and were ahead all through the game until the top of the 9th. The Pirates pulled ahead and stayed there for a win. At one point during the game, the dude behind us spilled beer and splashed a good portion of it on the back of my shirt. But later a pigeon that had been flying around the arena took a crap right on that same guy! Talk about Karma! We found in more good karma in the form of about a dozen 3D souvenier cups that we gathered up after the game.

The next morning, I packed up Jim and all our dirty clothes and souveniers and headed back toward Fayetteville. It rained for the entire drive through Texas! It didn't stop until we reached the Arkansas state line. That's a lot of rain!
