| Midnight! The Fireworks at Universal went on for about 20 minutes! The park handed out party hats and noise makers, plus had several dance stages around the park people to boogie down. There were thousands and thousands of people there, and everyone seemed very friendly and festive. We stood next to an elderly couple who seemed to be enjoying the celebration as much as the younger crowd. |

| We had a great time and finally left the park around 1:30 a.m. We were going to head back to a hotel which was about 45 minutes away, but I was so tired we actually just stopped at a Fueling Center and slept in the truck (don't tell Mom!). The next morning we actually went back to the Parks (the tickets were good for 2 days) and rode everything again! Later that afternoon we began the long trek back to Fayetteville. |
