SeaWorld

On our final day in Orlando we spent the day at SeaWorld.  At first, I wondered if I would be disappointed in SeaWorld because they didn't have very many rides.  It is mostly shows and exhibits.  But both Jim and I quickly decided we liked SeaWorld better than Busch Gardens.  The exhibits are very interesting, and the rides they do have kick some butt.  We spent most of the day wet thanks to various sea creatures splashing us and a lingering rain cloud than drizzled on throughout the day.

Perched on a Sea Cow.  Also known as a Manatee.

Got Lost in Atlantis.  Very wet too.

Taking a crack at Krakken.
There was no waiting in line so I rode it several times!

The Shamu show was a good one!  Major splashage!

I kept thinking I'd like that job of running the big TV or cameras at this show.

Back to Start

Later that evening, we visited my high school friend Ouida Sykes and her family.
Then the next day we packed the car and began the long journey back to Arkansas.
